What I can do for you

I strongly believe that the best People strategies and policies are those underpinned by a strong evidence base. Whilst that evidence will sometimes come from academic research sources, this is often not enough, because it can sometimes lack contextual relevance. I help my clients to understand the evidence sources available in their own organisations. By drawing on my clients' existing People data, and by engaging with relevant stakeholders from across the organisation, I provide the insight to enable evidence-based Human Resource Management. People decisions have the best chance of success when the impact on employees is considered up front.
